SALE LOGISTICS (Trading goods): 6/2013 – 12/2014. • Purchasing admin - Followed up Purchase Order (PO) delivery with suppliers. - Managed and implement the purchase of goods according to business requirements, planned purchases reasonable, timely and effective. - Negotiated with suppliers to find the best price. - Supported programs and campaigns related to Logistics and Sales. • Import - Controlled and followed up oversea supplier and forwarder to assure cargoes arrived on time. - Checked and advised freight cost, HS code… to Sales department to opened customs declaration. - Checked and pushed tax payment in time. - Liaised with broker to deliver the cargoes on time (Delivered to Warehouse or Customer). - Controlled and solved problem occurred in transportation and delivery to customer (Complain Supplier, Forwarder, Insurance, compensation for loss if the cargo was damaged). - Followed up status of trading shipment to make plan deliver cargo to catching closing month. • Export for local customer: - Received information from Sales department and make delivery schedule to local customer. - Issued and sent Pro-forma invoice to Sales department to check payment status of customer. - Issued and sent packing list to warehouse. - Followed up with transportation to deliver cargo on time. • Warehouse: - Managed inventory of trading goods at Factory and North Warehouse for OEM goods. - Controlled goods delivery from Warehouse to Consignee. - Controlled and ordered stamp, label, plastics box …and made monthly report for Trading good. 2. LOGISTICS (Plant goods): 11/2011-6/2013 • Import - Downloaded Purchasing Order in system and collect information from forwarder to make import plans. - Followed up order status with purchasing department and forwarders to assure cargoes arrived on time. - Checked and prepare all necessary documents for import shipments. - Sent shipping document to broker to open customs declaration. - Liaised with broker to deliver the cargoes on time. - Updated import plans to warehouse, production segment and master planning. - Calculated and controlled logistics cost (such as freight, import duty, VAT). • Export - Contacted forwarders to book vessels/flights for soonest arrival schedule. - Followed up order status with suppliers and forwarders to assure cargoes arrived on time. - Checked and ensure shipping documents are issued correctly, including: commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of lading/Airway bill, Certificate of origin. - Liaised with broker to clear customs. - Sent shipping document to customers. • Support Logistics manager: - Made monthly reports about lead time, logistics cost. - Applied for certificate of origin form A, AI for export shipments from Vietnam to Germany and India.
