Audit Assistant Manager/Manager is responsible for reporting to Audit Partner and will have direct responsibility as follows: - Provide management over a portfolio of clients and deliver high quality audit and assurance service, including preparing and reviewing audit plans and work; - Monitor and manage daily performance of the professional audit staff to provide the audit and assurance services to domestic and foreign clients; - Supervise, manage and direct to performance of audit and assurance engagements, including staff arrangements, delegation of responsibilities of audit seniors and juniors; - Maintain the highest technical and professional standard; - Participants in the development of ways to meet client needs, contributes to proposal delivery; - Identifying ways to maximize the relationship with clients and deliver added value; - Develop new clients and approach new service opportunities for existing clients; - Train and develop professional audit staff to ensure responsibilities had performed competently and to identify potential staff for promotion; - To regularly update, learn and gain knowledge of local accounting and tax regulations, practices and procedures in audit; - Carry out practice management activities e.g. management of client portfolio, monitoring client billing, bill collection etc; - Perform other related duties and tasks as requested by Audit Partner.
