Lawyers / Legal Assistant

1. Responsibilities Acting on behalf of and giving legal advice to VDD Lawyers’ clients. Your daily tasks will depend on clients’ needs and which areas of law you are specialized at. You could be doing some or all of the following: - giving legal advice to clients - analyzing and drafting legal documents - liaising with clients and authorities - representing clients in court and local authorities - researching and gathering evidence - supervising legal assistants 2. Requirements - Minimum 2 years’ experience as Junior/Senior Associates. Qualified Lawyers certified by Bar Associations are preferable. An excellent record of academic achievements is a plus; - Having keen commercial awareness; - Self-motivation with can-do attitude; and - Obtaining these key skills: organizational skills, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, written and oral communication in Vietnamese and English.
