Position: Controller Assistant Report to: Internal Control Manager (ICM) Job Location: Binh Duong and frequently travel to Dong Nai About Us: Atlantic Commodities Vietnam Ltd (ACOM), a member of ECOM Agroindustrial Corp. Ltd, Swiss-based company with origin operations in over twenty countries and sales merchandising offices in the U.S. and Switzerland. We are green coffee bean trader having its factories located in various provinces including Lam Dong, Gia Lai, Binh Duong. About the job scope: Controller Assistant will assist ICM to perform inventory in a warehouse located in Binh Duong and a subsidiary company’s factory located Tam Phuoc Industrial Zone. He will supervise a small team of internal security for coffee quality procedures check on regular basis. Main duties: 1. Perform inventory on the ground:  check piles, do visual counts once a week,  do physical count (with Weight Bridge) randomly the piles,  check the quality details (MC, foreign matter, …) 2. Supervise Security team: delegate, train and monitor their works 3. Do Coffee Quality control double check:  Do quality control on the coffee and for FM as well (shipment + processing + delivered from 3rd parties) and compare with the results received from QC.  Check coffee on the truck randomly 4. Perform Weight bridge supervision:  Check process during coffee truck is weighted to ensure its integrity. Role Competencies required: 1. Good communication in English is preferable. 2. Proven analytical skills and attention to detail. 3. Proficiency in MS Excel is a must 4. Good communication skills with a collaborative and innovative approach to identifying root causes and solving problems; 5. Open-minded & geographically mobile, initiative, and a team player; 6. Ability to wok under pressure and willing to travel extensively 7. Ability to lead and motivate and inspire team 8. High learning agility. Education and Experience required: 1. Bachelor’s Degree preferably in accounting/financce. 2. Minimum of +2 years’ experience of professional work in a high speed manufacturing environment; experience in commodity and agriculture industry a plus. 3. 3 years’ experience as controller/accountant/warehouse keeper/processing leader/quality in commodity and agriculture industry is preferable. 4. Nice to have experience or knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or Business Intelligent) is a big plus.
