Chuyên môn: - Responsible with ongoing calls and correspondence redirected appropriately, and ensure all incoming (mail, fax, general emails) is distributed in a timely manner to recipient. - Manage meeting room bookings to ensure priority is given to importance of meetings, and to avoid the meeting booking’s overlap. - Professionally greeting all visitors, notifying their presence to relevant employees, organizing beverages and directing them to the appropriate meeting room. - Accountable for maintaining all the office equipments; ensure providing safety working environment for other colleagues. - Follow up all departments for their stationary needed; prepare and pursue purchase procedure until get the approval from Administration Manager/ Managing Director. - Assist the Administration Manager with general administrative duties which is included coordination and set-up of employee events quarterly/yearly; office cleanliness; travel bookings; accommodation bookings; visa applications; business card printing, parking list. - Undertake general administration duties including: update and records the expenses, transmittals document or equipment, purchase orders; organizing the driver schedule; assist with translations. - Assist Administration Manager on updating and record monthly expenses reports: accommodation, telephone/internet, stationery, parking, electricity, water and office rental, taxi using, and other expense fees in the office.
