1. Team leader of Human Resource Management course
- Planned and scheduled tasks for 3 team members
- Delegated appropriated and suitable tasks for each members basing on their timetable and majors
- Planned and scheduled weekly meetings and contracted in order to support and engage team members make sure they committee tasks correctly
- Scheduled for the interview day with the owner of company for our team project
- Checking the process of all team members to meet the deadline by arranging and supporting them needed information and psychological issues such as pressure from other courses
2. Team member of International Human Resource Management
- Collected information of members for scheduling weekly meetings for team members.
- Helped team leader set up deadline and tasks for each members regardless to their skills, timetable and majors
- Scheduled and appointed with three employees ( 2 expatriates and 1 HR manager) in order to conduct interviews
- Figured out problems from interview’s information, engaged and supported team members accomplished tasks
- Team worked in high level of pressure in order to meet the deadline
3. Logistic and supply chain course
- Investigated how companies export and import products beside dealing with Vietnamese law
- Understood obstacles since exporting and importing process is complicated and some companies have to outsource Logistic activities
- Applied Logistic and Supply chains into case study about How Amazon compete with others tough competitors such as Ebay and Alibaba in term of Procurement aspects.
4. Buyer Behavior course
- Working with group of five, we analyze and investigate a business marketing strategy from Six Senses Hotel and Spa to generate details recommendations for that
- Reviewing carefully all services from the company and customer attitudes toward to brand awareness, price and provided services
- Working under pressure because we had shortage of time and limited resources
- Providing adequate amount of works and meetings for teams to meet lecturer expectations and aiming for beyond these
- Investigating and analyzing competitors of Six Sense Hotel and Spa to compare and strengthen the brand image in term of services, price and promotion
5. Leading for Change
- Working under pressure of time and information limits
- Group of four had to look for a small/family business to seeking information, business strategy, problems and generating possible changes to enhance business
- Scheduling activities for team in order to make the most consistent in term of interviewing, meeting, individual researching and writing and Oral presentation for lecturer
6. Additional skills/ interests
- Good at speaking and writing in English
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in team
- Adopting quickly working process and new environment
- Proactive and willing to learn new things such as technology,
co-worker behaviour.
- Ability to work in high level of pressure environment
- Helping HR of RMIT Volleyball club opened three tournaments
- Good at MS office Word, Excel and Power Point
