Chuyên môn: My work is a Merchandiser. We’re the linking between the Client and Production Part at below field: FPP stage : Asking & receiving the concerned information of style by style, receiving FPP package  send to factory for making FPP samples  send FPP samples (which checked & commened by QA + FPP comment) to Buyer & Head Office. Booking for shipment with Export/Import Department (EXIM). Production stage : After getting FPP comment from Buyer, if FPP samples are rejected  re-make & re-send. If FPP samples are Ok  confirm to proceed production. When processing, if having any problem, we checked & inform to Head Officer. At the mean time, find out the reason & improve. Ordering concerned items for style by style ( string, button, poly bag, tissue paper, carton box…) Shipment stage : Checking final inspection status, printing the UCC label, making shipping docs ( ASN) & inform to EXIM Dept for keep tracking shipment status with Forwarder.  ship out the garment. As my Manager desire, all Production Plan staff (Merchandiser) have to be passed QA trainning term ( in 6 months) As a QA, we have to monitor & analyse all problem (if any) concerned to the style by style. Inform to Merchandising Dept immediately for improvement. FPP stage : Checking FPP samples ( along with all concerned docs : trimcard, shadeband, fabric & FPP garment test…)  making FPP comment  send to Merchandising Dept. After getting FPP comment from Buyer, if rejected, monitoring the reason & keep tracking the sample making process for correcting. If the FPP samples are Ok to proceed. Doing FPP meeting for Production. Production stage : Check the quality base on AQL 2.5. Checking all material in Bulk ( real trim, fabric, concerned items of the style). Checking cutting pannels, printing, beading, embroidering ( if any). Inline checking : choose any garment & check all items on that garment (workmanship- thread, fabric, trim, SPI, graphic placement; measurement )  making report & inform to Factory Manager & QA Manager, Merchandising Dept for solving problem(if any). Enline checking : After garment output, choose garment base on AQL 2.5 & check all items as inline checking process  making report & inform to Factory Manager & QA Manager along with Merchandising Dept for improvement. Prefinal checking : After finished packing 30%, 50%,80%. We choose garment & do pre-final  making report. Final inspection : Buyer will do 10% in all (ex : if there are 10 POS all, Buyer will do 1 PO, 9 balance ones will be conducted final inspection by our QA)  making report  inform to Factory Manager, QA Manager, Merchandising Dept.
