Classify customer list and schedule visited plan. + Develop a relationship program to enhance the good relationship with all key outlets - Enhance brand communication, drive channel off-take through retail customer base on availability, visibility, consumer engagement..... - Consult for Line Manager about budget and policy sales to acquire key outlets - Report to Area Manager *Trade Marketing Executive - Planning, implement cycle activity as well as promotion programs - Make sure the effectiveness of Business to Business process (B to B): + Daily visit outlets in territory, capture opportunities at new potential outlets. Classify customer list and schedule visited plan. + Develop a relationship program to enhance the good relationship with all key outlets - Enhance brand communication, drive channel off-take through retail customer (B to C) base on: + Availability: Develop distribution plan for the territory, co-operate with Sales team to ensure distribution & OOS of 4 brands in key outlets. + Visibility: Manage installation staff to maintain and develop POSM placing plan for the territory. Get a deal with outlets to make sure POSM were presented at all touch points. Take in-store management to keep POSM always in good condition. + Consumer engagement: Create effective in-store communication & consumer promotion to enhance brand image & volume in the territory (consumer pull, bar staff – incentive, promoter girl activities, happy hour, lucky draw, scratch card…). Evaluate the effectiveness of each project for key learning. - Propose and manage trade program - Collect, analyze competitors’ activity and create effective reaction with competitors. - Consult for Chanel Manager about budget and policy sales to acquire key outlet - Report to Chanel Manager. Achievement: Increase numbers of POSM in territory by maintain BAT POSM and blocking competitors. Increase SOV and get 100% distributions of all SKU.
