Searching: - Use the searching software and search-engine skills to looking for them. - Search and update market price frequently analyze and compare with the current price we have. - Get as much as information of the market to get the special price. - Anticipate the trend price of the market 2. Contact the potential client: - Call them to introduce our company services, and sending an attractive email to them. - Keep contact with them to know when do they intend to export or import cargos and quote the best rates to them. 3. Negotiation and Persuasion: - Make good relationship with the shipping lines and our agents to get the net costs. - Offer the best rates to the potential clients. - Contact with the shipping lines to release bookings and provide the up-to-date schedule to the potential clients. - Contact with our overseas agents to update the cargo information: when’s it ready? When’s ETC (Estimate Time of Cut-off), ETD (Estimate Time of Departure), ETA (Estimate Time of Arrival)?. - Cooperate with many agents in other cities & oversea agents to supply service of many routes to clients 4. Customer Services : - Take care of each shipment carefully before the shipment is started, during it’s on the way, and after it arrives. - Always support client related requests: extend the Free Demurrage and Detention days… - Offer commission policy for clients and partners B.Achievements: - A top five of best sale executives at Five Golden Star Logistics Company and always exceed my target sales every quarter.
