Assistant Restaurant Manager: -Maintained and retained the high
standards of food and beverage quality and service
-Enforced and implemented effective controls of food, beverage and
labor costs.
-Setting up the Bar and restaurant before grand opening
-Deal with the inventory/stock of the items pertaining to the
bar/facility
-Buy supplies and ensures that the bar meets legislative
directives
-Regularly review bar& restaurant operations, including
special-event setups, prices and hours. Also prepares staff
schedules, communicates with employees, ensures the bar& restaurant
are adequately staff all times, keeps record of supplies and cash,
and replenishes the bar and cash drawer
-Ability to train staff about bar knowledge , cocktails and others
liquor and wines according professional standards of bar and
restaurant
-Manage bar inventory , wine cellar and costing of beverages
