There was 2 important periods to my position: STEP 1: - Keep files, informations belongs to human resouse, products and clients - Take care of client buying process - Make orders to main office in Hanoi to delivery products - Follow up the amount of seafoods in warehouse - Follow up contracts (Especially the payment) - Report all problems to director - To be a secretary to every meeting STEP 2: - Accompany boss to every meeting with clients - Prevend to be a manager to negotiate with clients( deal price, polocy…) - Prevend to be manager to solve problems - Investigate the market,partner, co-opporation, … - Give idea to P.R projects - Assist boss in weekly operations and marketing planning in south market - Email, text by english to inform to customer - Finish all duties Boss gave ACHIVEMENTS: - I was manager of our exhibition at Viet Fish 2013 - Go to Bien Hoa city to search for info to open up new brand - Travel to Hanoi to join Canadian Seafood Festival(2013, 2014) - Work as purchaser, take over new product – mud crab in Miền Tây market - Welcome and take care of guests from other country - Very good at microsoft office - Very good at giving email to customers - Very confident to negotiate or contact to customer (guests too) Beside that, I had some part time job too: - Vietbuild 2011( Welcomed and translated into Vietnamese and English as well) - Vietnam – China international auto exhibition 2011 - Worked as a tour guide to foreigner business man - Reviewed knowledge to senior to get TOEIC on graduated programe - Had taught Vietnamese to Taiwanese business man(only Saturday & Sunday night)
