Administration Tasks: • Control attendance data and calculate actual working days for the whole employees. • Check Cleaner’s work and make sure office clean every time. • Attend related operation meetings and complete related administration work. • Work with relevant levels and external vendors and suppliers, tower,… • Make and store documents, announcement concerning the administration. Manage, update data, employee records into HR system. • Organize events: meetings, monthly birthday party, celebrations, team building, year – end party…. • Assure staff to work in the correct manner, respect the company image, culture, regulations and standards. • Follow labor union activities, control budget, recommend and set up all celebrations,…. • Register ATM card for new employee. • Prepare the documents related decisions of new employee, promotion, transfers, fire ... and updating the employee profile. Recruitment Tasks: • Carry out recruitment processes from the beginning to the end with the least cost: screen resume, call for interview, arrange interview schedule, interview candidates. • Manage all documents for new comer (offer letter, orientation plan, labor contract, etc.) Achievements: Successfully recruited many staffs such as: Business Development Manager, Business Development Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Assistant Business Development Coordinator, Human Resources Manager, Telesales Representative.
