Chuyên môn: Chief Accountant - Set up and monitor the operation of Finance and Accounting Department. - Ensure that the prime records of accounts are maintained to a high level of accuracy and are up-to-date at all times. - Improve and monitor the implementation of an effective and efficient system. - Provide BOD with improved finance strategies for business growth, budgeting, efficient spending, etc… - Prepare financial report to management on monthly, quarterly and annual basis including analysis report - Control the company’s financial planning, cash flow and fund flow management and foreign exchange management. - Prepare and analyze annual budgets, expenditure plans. - Effectively management of Account Receivable and Account Payable. - Dealing with other departments for closing schedule. - Obtain data from all departments to prepare management report. (Before 2 nd monthly) - Prepare financial reports and monthly management reports in English for the head office. - Review & Checking VAT/PIT/CIT/FCT and other reports required to submit to tax department monthly. - Settlement PIT, CIT, FCT yearly. - Return tax relation (VAT, import tax, personal income tax) if any. • 2. Chief HR • - Set up and monitor the operation of HR Department by software Rosy. • • - Checking payroll and entries of salary, health & social insurance, personal income tax in accordance with company policies and Vietnam laws. (Around 1.000 employ) • • - Ensure all thing relation personal income tax for all employ & the employ have net salary (Foreigner PIT including Domitory, electric, water, visa, working permit (any income for labor) , telephone fee over norm. • • - Attachment HR: planning, contruction to job descreption, recruiment for all position. • • - Maintaince HR: assement salary & Benefit, solution labor relationship • • - Controlling & maintance other: health, IT, enviroment, safety, security, driving, cleaner. • • 3. General working + Support and assist General director in carrying out external work with the relevant authorities (All). (if required) + Others daily and Monthly duties requested by the Finance Manager (Mother company) or General Director.
