My main job is: - Payment petty cash. - Monitor payment term in the contact and keep the payment on time, Bank reconcile - Distribute payroll expense, insurance, union expense and payment. - PIT monthly and finalization report, VAT monthly report and VAT refund quarterly, account receivable and Assistant Chief Accountant in Makalot Garment (Viet Nam) Co., LTD * From Dec.2011 until now: I am a chief accountant in Makalot Garment (Viet Nam) Co., LTD. - Monitor, analysis, reviews all expense and documents - Prepare and issue regulations/procedures/forms on accounting. - Monitor and control inventory - To ensure all the activities of the company done in accordance with the Tax law. - Checking declaration of Value Added Tax, Foreign Contractor Tax and Personal Income Tax, keep to send report and payment on time. - Making VAT refund and Corporate Income Tax and PIT finalization report. - Prepare all Management reports, consolidation reports, financial statements for the company - Working with Tax, and Auditor.
