Chuyên môn: WORKING EXPERIENCE: I) I have been working for ONP- VIETNAM company in Dong Nai province (100% investment capital of US) with position as Chief Accountant from year 2007 to at present. Job Description: - I have been working for ONP-VIETNAM Company from starting project that ONP-US Group in US to invest into Vietnam country. And together with experiences in previous companies, so I have had a lot experience for: - Creating a new accounting system and designing accounting forms for any new suitable companies. Management and assignment and arranging works for each suitable accountant in order to making sure an Accounting and finance Dept to run smoothly and associate closely with other related departments in company (import and export Dept, Purchasing Dept, Planning Dept and Production Dept . . .) For ONP- VIETNAM with my following detail work: -Controlling and management whole Financial and Accounting department. - Monthly, Preparing the financial statements (Balance sheet, Cash flow, Profit and loss. . .) complying to the Vietnam government statutory financial and internal group statement system. - Combining with I/E staff of company to work together with custom Authority by providing the stocking of accurate inventory of imported raw materials and exported finished goods in order to liquid (clear) the VN custom declaration of exported finished goods. - Analyzing all expenses from monthly Finance report and combine with actual situation in order to find out factors and reasons that make to increase expenses. - Controlling closely expenses and giving solutions in order to reduce expenses to min level. - Preparing budget and estimate expenses weekly in order to balance between collection and payment for ensuring enough finance fund. - Scheduling for checking inventory of all warehouses at yearly ending and prepare all finance reports also documents in order to work together with Auditors for final correct Audit statement. - Preparing procedures and documents for refunding Vat. Checking and review all kinds of tax reports that submitted to Tax Authority. - Finalize (strike a balance) all kind of taxes according to regulations of Tax Authority. - Creating a good relationship between company with state offices to serve well for work (Tax Dept, insurance Dept, statistical Dept. . .) - Bearing full responsibility for all issues related to Finance and Accounting field. II) I worked for BOYRIVEN VIEÄT NAM company in Binh Duong province (100% investment capital of France) with position as Chief Accountant from year 2003 to 2007 Job Description: - Controlling and management whole Financial and Accounting department - Sending the Weekly report about stock of inventory, cash position. Payment planning, Payable and receivable Accounts. And monthly Profit and loss report to BOYRIVEN GROUP in France - Monthly, Preparing the financial statements (Balance sheet, Cash flow, Profit and loss. . .) complying to the Vietnam government statutory financial and internal group statement system. - Having transactions with banks closely for controlling cash flow in and out. Ensuring level of necessary safe finance fund for production operation of company. - Creating a good relationship between company with state offices to serve well for work (tax Dept, insurance Dept, statistical Dept. . .) III) I worked for C.Q.S Company that located in HONAI III industrial zone in Dong Nai province (100% investment capital of Taiwan) with position General Accountant from year 1998 to 2003 Job Description: I worked for C.Q.S Company since the company is building factory in industrial zone HONAI III so I had experience in organization and setting up a new Accounting system as well as design suitable Accounting forms for each kind of company. 1)Information about the company: - Kind of company :100% invested capital of Taiwan. - Finished product : Production spare part of trucks and cars to export foreign companies. - Quantity of workers: About 900 workers. - Place of company : HONAI III industrial zone, DONGNAI Province. 2) Job Description: The first years, working as Accountant with responsibilities such as: ° Controlling fixed assets Monthly, controlling increasing and decreasing of fixed assets, make depreciation of fixed assets to calculate costing. Monthly, declaration VAT and responsibility for refunding VAT. ° Calculation costing + At the end of every month, gathering 3 cost articles to calculate finished product costing which manufactured in month including: 1Direct raw material cost based on real outputting quantity of raw material stock report (not including work in processing line at the end of the month). 2Direct labors cost based on actual salary of workers, adding with cost of social and health insurance (not including indirect salary such as: Salary for store keepers, factory managers, statisticians . . .). 3Overhead cost based on cost amount from ledgers of account balance sheet. (Such as: electricity, water, depreciation of fixed assets service directly for production in factory, indirect labors. Tools and sub materials . . .). + At the end of every month, appreciation work in process still on processing line to find out actual expenses which be used in a month (According to suitable methods, such as appreciation work in process based on rate of direct raw material cost). + Allocation above 3 cost articles (1-Direct raw material, 2-.Direct labor and 3-Overhead cost for each finished product according to suitable method. + After completed costing Calculation cost of goods sold of exported finished goods based on actual outputting quantity of finished goods report and VN customs declaration. Two last years, working as General Accountant with responsibility such as: 1Monthly, Prepare financial statements (Cash flow, balance sheet, profit and loss, statistical, bank report. . .). 2Arrangement the work of accountants in accounting department 3Cost analyzing of each month to find out reasons of expense increasing and give out suitable solutions in order to decrease costs. 4At the end of the year, planning and supervising for taking a warehouse inventory at the end of the year. 5Working with Auditors at yearly ending in order to issue the timeliness and accuracy Auditing statements.
