Chuyên môn: + Feb/2012 to Now: Project: Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa, Viet Nam Duties: •Manage storekeeper to arrange M&E materials have been bought by owner before they are issued to M&E constractor sufficiently in good quality •Check material submission submitted by contractors •Coordinate with M&E consultant, civil consultant •Prepare schedule for M&E contractor to combine with fitout contractor •Handle the coordinating meeting with M&E, civil, fitout contractor to resolve problems as well as requirement from contractor to put construction work move on •Manage materials arrive site to make sure M&E contractors use right materials have been approved •Issue Site instruction to M&E contractors to fix design gap •Review Variation Order (VO) before M&E contractors start the work was specified in the Site instruction to make cost is lowest •Help M&E contractor can manage risks may happen in installation progress •Review payment request from M&E contractors •Check site with construction team •Manage M&E contractors to catch up master schedule •Report to Project manger about progress of project •Resolve M&E problem occuring in handover period from the construction stage to operation stage •Assist Chief engineer of operator to run whole M&E systems smoothly •Fill up the gap or confliction between operator and contractor in handover period stage to relieve warranty certificate. Make sure the operator receive good maintenance and warranty service from the contractor involved. •Evaluate contractor before relieve the Retention •M&E contract negotiation + May/2009 to Jan/2012: Project: Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa, Viet Nam Duties: •Receive Tender Document: Drawings, Specification, Tender document , etc. •Review design drawings on M&E system to co-ordinate with architect, structure and interior design •Report to Technical service manager about mistakes in design •Request designers to repair the design mistakes •Review and comments shopdrawings submitted by M&E contractors •Supervise M&E contractors to install M&E system on site to make sure the work follow specification as well as relevant standards were specified in contract •Report to Technical service manager on progress of M&E installation •Coordinators is conjunction between M&E constractor , civil contractor and fit out constractor to resolve any confliction •Discuss with civil constractor about project progress to catch up the master project schedule •Design M&E system as required by General Director , forecast M&E service to coordinate with architect, civil and fit out designer Project: Montomerie Links Golf course Quang Nam, Viet Nam- Club house kitchen + July/2008- May/2009: Employer: Vietnam Technology company Duties: Sales Philips Lighting products •Seek for lighting projects and potential clients, create sales strategy, contact directly key person who hold decision factors to project •Consult customers and bring to them the best lighting solutions to accommodate their requirement in lighting effect •Keep in touch with M&E consultants and M&E contractors regularly to catch information on potential projects
