Making report forms: forecast, statistic, balance sheet period of weeks. - Support manager to catch status of components waiting for fit into pending items, solve problems arise during processing. - Statistic and inform immediately to person in-charged/manager any problem soon. 2. Contacting some inside or outside suppliers for asking quotation, making contract, ordering and receiving materials... - Regularly contact suppliers to make sure that goods will arrive on time. - Maintain priority list, overdue list, repaired / urgent components and rush materials ASAP. - Answer any question from suppliers about lacking of production need to provide timely. 3. Follow up status of reference (FSD (full size drawing), wax, rubber mould & template) make sure reference needed on order every day. - Push processing making reference faster to provide for production. - Checking issued JO (Job Order) daily; liaise with supervisor, designers, QA, QC, costing… to make sure JO is released. 4. Follow up components without color / items without hardware selection. - Need to check with suppliers about components missing color, coordinate closely with in-charged to get information about color; Update color before release PO (Purchasing Order). - Check FSD and prepare it for items not selecting hardware yet, contact with Head of Division the items lacking hardware make sure everything is selected. 5. Coordinate with BOM team (bill of materials) to input data into system. Helping BOM team attend audit during sample season, re-check on the system and make a comparison with the real.
