To ensure all issues to be systematically solved on time so that there are no cases delayed. Cooperating with Production Manager to monitor in- out dental cases and solve out all technical issues raised from dental cases. Scheduling and monitoring production line to ensure all cases run smoothly and reach Dentists’ due dates. Translating Dental sheets (orders) into Vietnamese for technicians to proceed. Be a translator When Foreign Customers visit the Laboratory and communication between production Manager and dental technicians. ACCOMPLISHMENT: Have been monitoring hundreds of dental cases smoothly and solving out all technical issues systematically and logically so the quality and quantity has been improved significantly. Customer Service quality has high improvement and all technical issues has been solved out and had solution within few hours.
