Chuyên môn: -Manage team’s operation and assign tasks to other members. -Ensure making monthly monitoring 1.6% total incoming calls. -Evaluate and do coaching to the staffs who don’t reach standard call, need improvement -Take care of customers and support sales team to reach target. -Cooperate and negotiate to other departments such as: Finance Dept, Trade Marketing Dept, IT, Logistic Dept, Delivery Team and Supplier to ensure running daily operation smoothly. -Handle customer complaint and giving the solution as SLA (service level agreement). -Making customer survey by phone and customer visit for further understanding their expectation in order to improve service level -Receiving internal and external customer’s feedback. Maintain and build up good relation. -Taking and follow up orders from suppliers as they are our important and potential customers. -Expert on customer service skills to satisfy all the types of customer. -Approval orders from other colleagues or orders getting by fax, email, PDA, Web for OPU team to process orders. Make sure all programs are applied correctly. -Follow and checking daily, monthly reports from subordinates, ensure to reach KPI and submit it as timeline - Is responsible to all decisions related to my team’s operation that are approved by me.
