Support Buyers in evaluate suppliers’ potential according to shipment delivery and issues related. *Finance Coordinating: Receive VAT invoices from suppliers and check with the physical goods receipt. Classify documents according to contract type, contact Buyer team to verify the items of a VAT invoices. Follow up and handle invalid document before sending to Finance Department to finish payment process. *Analyzing: Extract inventory database, handle and analyze it to monitor the variance between theosophical and physical data and adjust it in time. Build up database constantly to support supervisor in staff performance appraisal. Handle data extracted from timekeeper to support warehouse manager in attendance records.
