Chuyên môn: •Coordinate with sorce country to ensure shipping documents are provide timely & correctly based on the shipment schedule. •Collect and file all require document for import license application. •Coordinate with PUD to ensure cargo is cleared & delivery timely. •Responsible for shipping documents filing correctly & timely. •Follow up and update shipment status uo system. •To consistently exceed our customer’s expectations and operational standards for delivered on time performance at an optimized cost and zero tolerance in respect to loss and damage •Safe and secure timely handing of customer’s goods, solving any possible discrepancies and informing the Team Leader in order to achieve on time delivery in perfect condition. •Integration system will cover end to end procedure include service delivery, purchase, repair, return and warehousing. Responsibilities: Include: •Customs declaration for ARN(Asian road network) and Import -export •Record warehouse activities, distribution and delivery •Monitor, control and manage the performance in storehouse •Mail information to trigger parties on actions •Unload and load correctly consignment as per company procedure: e.g. right stacking and sequencing to ensure no damage occur to customer’s goods and TNT or subcontractor equipment. •Correctly unload consignments as per company procedure. •Soft consignments. •Label consignments. •Scan inbound and scan outbound consignments and pieces. •To report any damage, and to assist with repacking as necessary •Meet quality and knowledge standards set by the organization. •Provides the customer (internal and/or external) with accurate information in an organized way. Works at high tempo for an extended period when the situation demands it. Works hard and exhibits energy. •Can concentrate on work for an extended time. •Is enthusiastic. •Maintains quality of the work when assignment extend over a long period.
