Chuyên môn: -Take care of one of big customers- a denim garment manufacturer of our company. -Quickly response as getting e-mail of inquiries. - Regularly learn about customers’ demand of which kind of denim fabric they are looking for and quickly offer the available similar quality to them. -Monthly prepare denim fabric collection to show to customers with a wide range of denims - Regularly discuss with customer about new developments for the coming season. - Studying for denim trend and advise to tech. team and R&D team for new developments. - Proceed development sample as per customers’ request and make sure sample submission is on time and the quality of the duplication has to match the original standard. - Negotiate price, convince customer to buy products and compose sales contract. - Communicate order details and requirements/standard to fabric mill, manage production process properly to meet quantity, quality, fabric specification and delivery date as requested. - Arrange fabric samples to submit BV, Intertek for lab test to ensure fabric quality can meet customer’s standard. - Follow the order during production process to update the status and have proper action if any problems, to make sure fabric will be delivered on time. - Prepare necessary documents: test reports, packing list, blankets, … and dye lot of the bulk production to submit to buyer to get their approval for fabric release. - Co-ordinate with technical team for solving problem if any. - Prepare debit note and weekly send to customer to remind them for payment on time. - Look for new customer from local and external markets.
