Chuyên môn: Main duty: • Checking and filling job report for any requirement from sales, Customer Service Dept (CSR), Production and Technical Insurance Dept (TA) with its status, duration and important level. • When receive new order from customer, gather and check all necessary information from TA Dept to see whether it is enough and fine to design. • Base on job report to organize designers of the shift (3 designers) to do the tasks with level of importance from high to low. • Checking the customer documentation and sent to sales to submit to customer for approval. • When getting approval from customer, check and release drawings to production to proceed. • Solve issues (drawing errors, product spec…) or support requirement from Production and other Depts. • Gather complains, requirement from Customer, Production and R&D to improve a specific device with a specific solution. Achievements: • Made a mini excel tool that is called “Supporting tool” to reduce mistakes and design time. • Gave an idea for new insert concept to replace an old one complained by customer (The old insert was fallen out when customer performed several times).
