Developer responsibilities: - Receive Tech package from USA Development team. - Communicated with NB Developer to clarify all information. - Develop NB shoes together with Pattern team and Workshop from Quick Proto stage to Mass Production. - Check shell pattern and mentioned Pattern team adjust pattern to get appropriate design and save material, costing as well. - Order materials and made the Swatch Book, Worksheet and other related technical documents to create the best samples. - Create the Specs on Excel file then upload into New Balance system. - Support Sample room to complete all sample products. - Check PFC to make sure the mass productions will follow the correct process. - Arrange Lab test after each development stage to find out problems and treat them timely. - Open all issues during developing time with US developer to find out the solution with the best way. - Coordinate with the warehousing department to ensure availability of stock during season. - Met and negotiate with the suppliers for quality or solve all issues which related to material. - Help production in solving all troubles happened through mass production process. - Develop footwear for all age groups (Kid, Men, Women…). 2. Others: - Support and solve all of things concert about shoes with Business/ Production/Lab Department when issues happened. - Visit, discussion and explain with Customer for accept Samples.

Chuyên môn: - Base on Customer calendar to get tech package for each season, after received tech package need to review with Dev team and Pattern team to make clear and discuss how to do, if any unclear or inconsistence need to contact to US Dev to make sure. - If Models is New Upper and New Sole we need to open Model (like as Drawing, 2D, Wood mold and 3D...). - Working with pattern team to make upper component Film, logo mold, embroidery gauge… - Make Spec and upload onto system. - Order materials for sample (Upper and bottom): Work with suppliers to make sure materials are prepared on time and get best ETD with good quality, meet required color matching. - Work with staffs to make sure shoes are made with correct processes following SOP, solve quality problems (Cutting / Stitching / Stockfit / Assembling) before defective shoes/ uppers are made. - Check sample quality before ship out for each stage.
