Chuyên môn: *Collecting Tech. package: color drawing, pattern, mold, specification sheet, grading sheet, swatch book, Ref./CFM sample shoe *Researching & developing all orders with new color way and old color way. * Monitoring schedule of sample and push production to be deliver on time. * Organizing specification sheet. * Searching for & researching Interior Suppliers. * Purchasing & tracking material of Samples Orders. *Make swatch book for customer sign with confirmation stage. *Recording & describing all of problems that found out during in the process of making samples and suggest the solutions into the Inspection Memo and then submit to customer. *Handling all of Samples stages, such as: Proto type, CFM, Fitting, Advertising, Exhibition, Promotion, Salesman samples and Production trial. Method Packing and shipping shoes *During process develop from trial to Production have some problems discuss together to find out the best way solving, make Inspection Memo and then submit to customer confirmed *Monitoring Sample daily report / Weekly Sample Schedule / Monthly Sample Schedule to Main Company in factory & customer. In charge of Sample purchasing I have taken responsibility for purchasing of sample material and make sure the material should be arrived on time for sample making. Besides, * In charge of Debit Note and make payment advance or after shipment monthly * Purchasing & handle main materials: Leather, Synthetic Leather, Textile. * Keep track of stocked material in warehouse of Sample Room *Tracking result testing quality material after received in warehouse & make report inform supplier replacement if material is not good or the worst
