Chuyên môn: • To manage process system at Intel site (Sai Gon high tech park) consist of: RODI system (ultra pure water treatment system), Waste water treatment system, bulk gas system, chemical, waste rubbish, EHS to ensure systems operate stable, safety and I always think about improving systems not only save consumption but also protect environment, increase longlife of equipments, instruments etc:  Calculate materials, consumption for system and manage budget,  To manage technical of system. • To conduct EHS training for employees and ensure safety of manufactoring follow Intel rules and VN legal:  Prepare and purchas safety materials and equipments for staffs and workers, conduct to safety training for employees,  Supervise and suport about EHS for each of activities of company such as: rescue plan (I trained and had cetificate about rescue by ROCO group), review safety permit (PTP, SIPP), prepare MSDS for usage chemicals,  To classify and manage wastes follow Intel and Viet Nam legal  Plan for safety training schedule by internal and external (DOLISA) for employees,  Daily toolbox meeting: before perform the tasks, all staffs have to attend tool box meeting to discuss about activities of that day and how to work safely as well as prevent method,  Also plan for calibrating all equipments which have to calibrate by periodical follow intel policy and Viet Nam regulation,  Investigate root cause of incidents/issues and allways improving in near futher, then report to management,  Daily lineworks and weekly audit on site about: Safety, 5S and system as well. Manage and follow up documents follow ISO standards. • ERT Leader (emergency respond team):  Prepare tools and materials for emergency case such as: chemical spill, electrical shock, fire fighting or confine space,  Conduct ERT training for ERT member, plan to respond with emergency cases,  To lead ERT team to respond real emergency cases. • Set up, follow up and assess KPI for department and each of staff. Plan to yearly budget for EHS department. Contact to suppliers to get quotations and purchase goods and consumables... for department. • Report to Site manager directly.
