Chuyên môn: Nearly one year working as Supervisor position in SaiGonPaper Company. In this job, my responsibility is following some Germany supervisors, New Zealand supervisors and China supervisors from installation PM6 machine (Tissue Machine), installation electrical system and PLC network to commissioning machine. So I get a lot of useful experiences in this field (including PLC Siemen, Profibus network, Scada WINCC); . Having experience in using industrial equipment of electrical automation (including ACB, MCCB, CONTACTOR, INVERTER and PLC…); . Having knowledge in using some methods of power control and protection for starting motor (soft start, Y/D starting); .Having knowledge in using and setting Program Siemens PLC, HMI, PLC S7200, s7300, s7400, some kind of inverter of Schneider such as: Altivar 21, Altivar 31, Altivar 61, Altivar 71 (variable speed drivers for asynchronous motor), some kind of inverter of ABB, VACON; . Soft start system and WINCC-Scada software; . Ability in using and reading Autocad drawing. . Planning: Devising a systematic process for attaining the goals of the organization; . Leading: Guiding, leading and overseeing of employees to achieve organizational goals; . Organizing: Arranging the necessary resources to carry out the plan; . Controlling: Verifying that actual performance matches the plan or not; . Provides an atmosphere of the empowerment by letting workers make decisions and inspiring people to boost productivity. . Ensuring that all necessary actions required by Director Board to carry out all engineering requirements are stable at all time. . Carry out maintenance repairs, fault findings and monitoring. . Making preventative maintenance schedule to make ensure all duties being done accurately with no reasons for delays. . Making work orders, analyses, technical problems and inspects equipment to be repaired to appropriate workers. . Ensures work conforms with safety rules and regulation. . Interview worker to prepare the Human Resource.
