Key Achievements: • Delivered 14 key projects. • Vertical Start-Up hero award, project saving award, initiative project award, kaizen hero award. • Developed the maintenance program for Electrical &Automation system with mindset – eliminate unplanned shutdown to Zero. • Developed one touch installation approach for project implementation(like iOS version upgrade) with mindset: Shutdown to Zero. • Work as E&A Regional for Lead pouch machine in Europe (Mespack) – machine is delivered with PR>85%. • Certificated for site machine safety. • Certificated for ECMS (Essential Capital Management Skills). • Developed the standard specification for equipment order and standard work process for automation vendor. Projects delivered in Procter&Gamble Indochina: 1. Installed 14 Sachet machines. 2. Installed 02 pouch machines. 3. Installed 01 Bottle Line. 4. Developed and Installed 03 vision machines for cock-cap detection on Bottle packaging Lines. 5. Developed and Installed 02 vision systems for label & code date detection on Bottle packaging Lines. 6. Installed Pigging system for 05 packing Lines. 7. Installed 03 Auto Bend Panel systems - This system use matrix valves to transfer product from Making system to Storage Tanks and from Storage Tanks to Packing Lines automatically. 8. Improve electrical safety for packing machines to meet Global safety requirement. 9. Digitalization project- Indicate the Electricity, Hot DI water, Cold DI water and material consumption on SCADA and reportable. 10. Saving Hot DI water for Sanitization process in Packing Lines. 11. New Cold DI loop for Making Batch Process System. 12. Developed and delivered barcode system for Packing Lines- Checking Barcode for all production in plant and reportable. 13. Delivered Lead Line Pouch machine in Europe. 14. Upgrade core software for Batch Process System.
