Electrical Designer, June 2011-Now * Current position: Main Designer of Electric System and programming including of Analysis and Development new models - Electrical planning and coordinator with other department for manufacturing: Regarding to the number of the jobs, the deadline of the orders, the current holding budget and human resource for manufacturing we set up an optimal plan to effectively finish the jobs - Design E-schematics base on the Order Form get from customer then get approval of an electrical expert from Jacon Australia - Making BOM: Via the drawings have created pick up necessary components to build the complete system and put it into an excel file - Supporting purchasing department to discuss and get a good quotation for electrical parts - Collecting all getting quotation to make an excel comparison file to select the best supplier (which has optimal pricing and deliver time) for a specific equipment - Show the last result of quotation to director to get approval - Following the manufacturer plan give out the E-drawings to electrician team for executing the job - electrician on EI installation and parameter set up - Organize training day about new technologies for electrician - Establish the operation documentation such as operation/startup/shutdown procedure, checklist. - Direct and supervise personnel in the maintaining and repairing of all machines and equipments. - Reduce machine downtime, improve performance of machines and advance preventative maintenance on electrical components and machines. - Manufacturing process monitor: Come and ask electricians for how they come with the current active job, do they need some more help to finish the job, push them to make it fast if the process is latter than timing schedule - PLC programmer (Using Codesys complier, (IEC61131-3 programming; Ladder, Function Block and some base of Structured Text programming), Can Open J1939 protocol): If the machine have PLC requirement from customer or it’s necessary to have PLC control module then writing the function of the processing for PLC to rightly operate the whole system exactly reflex what customer need it to do. - Electrical testing on product: Come and have a real operating on the first complete machine to ensure it correctly act the right functions which we have designed it to do. If it’s not that then check the wirings, connecting points and ect to make sure electricians don’t make the mistake. Then go online with a computer to check the programming if it has one - Supporting QC to finish the E-QC check list: Guide them which functions are applied on the specific machine; which standard to comply with; how to know the machine correctly operate; what is the problem? Why it is happen? And how will they solve the problem. * August – November 2011: Assistant electrical systems designer and PLC program debugger: - Responsibility for Build Of Material list of Electric components which are created base on electrical schematics - Take a deeper understanding about hi-tech components by studying their manual instructions & data sheet - Drawing principle circuits for the machine, given out full E-Schematics for manufacturing and take recording the feedback - Loading, checking & fixing the PLC programming * June - August 2011: Finished two-months “base training course” about Electrical System for mining machines, Hydraulic System on mining machines, main electrical & hydraulic components: - Electrical safety systems on a mobile machine: Fire suppression system, Emergency stop system, Brake & Park Brake system and etc - Mobile machine specific Control systems: Automobile & Diesel engine control system (Caterpillar engine 3054, 3056, C4.4, C6.6, C7, C13; Mercedes engine 904, 906; Cummin engine QSB 4.5, QSB 6.7; Duetz engine BF4M1013C-24V, BF4L2011-12V), Concrete pumping system, Compressor system, Driving & Steering and etc - Casual elements and their specifications: Switches, contacts, CBs, single core wires, Control panels, driving lights, work lights, indicator lights and signal lamps, on-off solenoid valves, proportional valve, sensors, PLCs, Nodes, screen controllers and etc
