Chuyên môn: Project Description: Sunrise city – Plot V Project  To coordinate drawing’s activities related to jobs about steel structures: follow up of activities, job’s timing, etc…  Review drawing submission form the all Subcontract  Develop civil & structural details design.  Participate in design activities, consultancy and supervision of construction projects of the company, actively involved in the construction of structures;  Design houses, bridges, buildings, and similar structures complying with given safety.  Analyse configurations of the basic structural components of a building or other structure.  Examine structures and providing the solutions of defective parts or rebuilding the structure.  Make drawings, specifications and computer models of structures for building contrac.  Consider the strength of various materials, e.g. timber, concrete, steel and brick, to see how their inclusion may necessitate a change of structural design.  Co-ordinate to provide the optimum solutions for projects.  Calculate and sketch out the structure details, planning the schedule of the structure detail design.  Check and work-out structure design document to accomplish the design documents.  Prepare a presentation document of the structural calculations.  Liaise with other designers, including architects, to agree on safe designs and their fit with the aesthetic concept of the construction.

Chuyên môn:  Supervisor for bored pile; foundation; upper structure; finishing work.  Inspection of the quality of all construction materials to be used for project by sampling, witness of testing and review the test results; Inspection quality of structure sequence, formwork, rebar, surveyor and so on.  Monitor site works for compliance with all drawings, specifications, and method statement requirements.  Making site instruction and non-conformity reports to contractors follow up the corrective action and preventive action.  Monitor progress to comply with master schedule, report in Weekly meeting to PM. Join safety walk and meeting, and assist Safety Manager in safety term.  Work with Resident Engineer/Project Manager closely to ensure the smooth running of the project.  Prepare Inspection form, document control system for setting up project.  To Co-ordinate with Architect, Structure, Interior Design, Landscaping consultants  Locating and liaising with good quality consultants, contractors and suppliers and preparing the schedule of meetings with them. To participate in the meeting among the Owner, Consultants and Contractor  Study Vietnamese investment law, construction law and standards applying for the project.  Liaise with DOC for As-built documentation and Certificated of Quality of project.  To participate Testing & Commissioning, Fire Fighting testing for project  To support other departments on technical information  Safety: safety inspection programs and Site safety report.  To ensure touch-up works to be done and handed over on time  Liaise with Property management consultant to arrange for visitor’ site viewing.
