Chuyên môn: Supervise a group of manufacturing specialists and technicians in daily routines to meet departmental goals.  Internalize positive work culture and implement TPM/CIL to ensure high standard of housekeeping of machine and vicinity.  Handling grievance, complaints, employee concern and disciplinary issue through effective counseling.  Carry out investigation on maverick lots in an expeditious manner to minimize the impact of problem through immediate containment and recall any lots shipped out of factory with the help of QA/equipment/process engineering.  Investigate and make disposition for maverick lots  Facilitate continuous improvement on process simplification, labor productivity and cost reduction.  Ensure conformance to the quality system requirement (FMEA, Control plan and TCM).  Ensure positive and effective communication.  Identify training needs of MS and technician to enhance their job competencies.  Manage inventory control to meet department budget and assist in budgetary controls.  Responsible for quality, yield, cost and cycle time improvement.  Provide process engineering support to manufacturing line.  Responsible for quality, yield, cost and cycle time improvement.  Support process and equipment development for NPI.  Responsible for process characterization and optimization, yield and quality improvement of assigned areas.  To drive process improvement.  Performs other duties as required by immediate superior from time to time.  Control and owner documents about Control plan,FMEA, Check sheet, TCM, work procedure and parameters of machine, standard of products.
