Chuyên môn: This was a Project of water supply and sanitation with ADB Loan for nine towns in three countries including Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. The Project covered four towns in Quang Tri Province in Vietnam (Dong Ha city, Quang Tri town, Cua Viet town and Lao Bao town). I was responsible for translation of project documents from English to Vietnamese and vice-versus including project Interim Report, presentations for the Final Project Workshop, other technical documents relating to water supply and sanitation. Moreover, I also carried out the interpretation in the field as well as in the workshops. In addition, I was responsible for general office management and logistics associated with the Project’s operation in Vietnam. This included management of financial matters and preparation of monthly statements; coordination of logistical matters associated with the inputs and travel requirements of the International and National consulting teams; arrangement of meetings and management of office resources in order to meet the requirements of the project schedules. I also played a key role in the organization and management of the Final Project Workshop, which was a major event on the project calendar and was attended by more than 60 participants from Vietnam and abroad.

Chuyên môn: This study conducted the identification of necessity of projects, the examination of feasibility of projects, and the formulation of the projects to be identified for necessity based on the review of DNPPC’s master plans and F/S, and the analysis of basic data. I translated a lot of documents in water supply, sanitation and sewerage sector including project reports, standards, decrees and decisions and other kinds of documents from English to Vietnamese and vice-versus. Besides, I was responsible for interpretation in the meetings with PMU.

My main job was to translate all the documents, reports, letters, etc., and to interpret in the meetings with PMU, and do the work of a Secretary/Admin such as receiving phone calls, receiving and replying letters, arranging air tickets, cars and meetings, purchasing, storing and delivering stationeries for the office, etc. Moreover, I also took responsibility to manage the filing, storage and security of documents as well as preparing documents and reports per assignments;

Chuyên môn: This project covers the central area of HCMC of 3,065.4 ha, includes urban drainage improvement and sewerage development works such as existing combined sewer improvement, pump drainage improvement, canal improvement, installation of interceptor sewer, conveyance sewer, intermediate pumping station, wastewater treatment plant and other facilities. I am responsible for interpreting in regular meetings with UCCI, making Minutes of meetings, translating all documents, reports of the project, incoming and outgoing letters and doing other works as assignment.
