Setup environmental procedures, check sheets, instructions, form, ensure staff applies it fully in the plant. + Update environmental impacts and aspects + Update all of legislation and company requirement related to environment, chemical, energy saving, safety labor, fire fighting and preventing + Update the result of observation measurement about legal and company requirement + Prepare document and conduct the internal and third party audit of ISO 14001 + Conduct the internal environment training schedule + Set up yearly environment/energy saving program and targets for the plant + Supervise and coordinate with other departments in ISO 14001 implementation - Supervise environment/chemical/energy saving activity in company to comply with environment/chemical/ energy conservation legislation and company requirements + Propose the idea to improve the environment/ energy saving/ chemical management activity + Guidance department staffs to manage hazardous waste, chemicals and energy saving + CO2 reduction activity + Establish regularly reports according to internal and external requirements + Manage hazardous waste, garbage, wastewater treatment, water use, reduction and disposal activities in the factory + Make and send hazardous waste reported under the provisions of Department of Natural Resources and Environment + Investigation incident or accident for environment + Implement the environment checks of working environment in the plant and wastewater monitoring compliance with environmental laws + Arrange the regular environmental meeting + Maintains liaison with environmental protection agencies, local authorities, and community representatives (MONRE, DONRE, etc) + Translate Vietnamese document to English
