Analyze the errors in the system when the documents cannot go through and solve the issues. Check the raw data in the documents and fix the errors if needed. Support the customer with all the questions and requirements relating to the case (update the progress to the customer, how to operate in the system, explain the errors and the delay, instruct the customer to create the documents in the system, assist them to contact other departments for further request,…) Attend the conference call to discuss and deal with both suppliers and buyers to help complete the “connection”earlier. Assist Manager with the activities in the team: record working time; prepare the meeting; divide the workload; incorporate with team leader to help the team members complete their tasks; train the new team members.
