Chuyên môn: + Main Tasks: On-time inspection and standardization the semi-finished product online to maintain good production and quality. + General Tasks: In charge of managing all the equipment as well as monitoring all analytical methods used in the Line Laboratory. + Personal Tasks: • Documents application and compliance from Nestle worldwide (Lab standards, Lab guidelines, Lab Instructions) mainly for Nestle Good Laboratory Practice (NGLP), optionally Statistiacl Process Control. • Creating (editting) and in charge of managing documents (SOPs, ICPs, forms…) for Line Laboratory. • Building knowledge of operation of new equipment in new mixing process and transfer knowledge to others in group. • Traceability of ingredients & mixing process of mixing batch.
