With the role as an Import-Export Executive to be responsible to solve some problem as bellow. -Maintain the good relationship with the friendly customers and looking the new customers (export) and to contact with the oversea suppliers to purchase material as the order of domestic customer (import). -Negotiation with the suppliers/ customers about the price, quality, packing, method of payment, delivery time. -Ensure products are purchased at the highest quality, at the lowest costs and at the right time. -To carry out the sales contract. -Responsibility for the import – export procedure and making the document for the process of declaration the custom such as: Packing list, Commercial Invoice, Sales contract,… -Contact with the shipping company or the forwarder so taking the booking of shipment. -Frequently contact with the logistics company to have the situation of declaration at the custom and delivery the goods in the ports. -Make sure have goods on time, always keep the prestige of the company with the domestic customers. -Perform the payment document such as letter of credit, telegraphic transfer, ... -To inform the supplier about the goods’ quality. If the goods ensure the quality, we will maintain to cooperate in the next orders. -To solve the problems, to make a claim for damages, shortage goods. -To survey the change in the price and update market’s price; addition, looking for the new suppliers to replace. -Checking direct the quality of the goods in the supplier’s factory.
