Suggesting the company policy; compensation & benefit policy, internal rule, make the internal memos or make the explanation for the company to make sure the worker will obey the company’s rule. Checking the payroll, salary scale with under Vietnamese labour law. Advise the BOD all laws to control the employees under the company law and government law. Preparing the memo if any new regulations. Following the employees’ comments and report to GD Asst. and G. Director. Reporting weekly to GD Asst. and G. Director about the activities of HR and concerning of works in week (absent rate, stop-quit, recruitment, comments from workers). Reporting monthly to GD Asst. and G.D about the turnover quantity of employees/month with suggestions if any. Controlling absent rate of employees daily in the allowed rate. Arranging to have talks with workers having over 3 sickness days or absent illegal reason or other reason from 1st warning letter upward. Arranging to having talks with workers if concerning to human behaviours if productions department requests. Reviewing the estimated cost (salary, insurance for the following year) Guiding HR supervisors in arranging HR jobs. Reviewing the reports to Government office.
