Chuyên môn: • To set up and follow up personnel files and all contract related matters • To control, maintain and update all personnel records and HR forms • To follow up employment status, arrange uniform fitting and pre-employment medical checkup for prospective candidates, nametags, ID cards and lockers related issues. • To prepare Purchase Requests for the Human Resources Department and the concerned scopes. • To replace new time cards monthly at card-holder (Security check point) • To payroll deductions for loss of ID badges, name tags and locker keys • To record and update annual/sick leave records • To arrange for cash gifts for staff’s wedding, child birth and bereavement • To provide supporting and secretarial services for Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Executive (outgoing and incoming Information Bulletin/Mails/Correspondences) as report month-end reading of photocopier counter to Control and update the Staff Picture Index • To be in charge of staff lockers’ key • To check and replenish stationery items monthly • To put up and or remove information bulletin from the Staff Information Board • To be in charge of staff motorbike parking lot (Payment and dealing with owner when any problem arises) • To be responsible for Staff Meal Report on a weekly/monthly basis • To issue IB and prepare the other arrangement for Staff Award quarterly. • To prepare Birthday Cards for the HRM’ s signature, GM’s signature and then send to the regarding employees , plan the birthday party for twice month and to prepare memo to F& B Department to order birthday cake, cocktail and soft drink, with c.c. to all department
