Chuyên môn: More than 4 years experience in anti-corrosion field : ship repair incharge engineer, carry out many projects : bulk carrier , container ship, car carrier ship, conversion ship, new ship building… - From 2008-2009 : Belong to painting department-Hyundai vinashin with ship repair in-charge engineer.It mean: • Recieve and read paint specification • Calculated square meter, quantity of paint and arranged man power for each area of painting. • Make schedule for painting job. • Meeting with client before ship come and cofirm actual condition. Revise schedule and arrange man power to start work. • Daily meeting, discussed and inspected with owner and paint maker about painting job. • Control working process • Control effective • Write down and discussion work completion list with owner until finished job • Report working progress to manager - From 2009-2011: Move to QM department-Hyundaivinashin, new ship building incharge engineer. Key responsible as follow: • Read paint specification, made presentation show to paint QM member before started work. • Made daily inspection send to owner and paint maker. • To arranged inspection location and the third of three party(Owner, maker, shipyard) painting quality inspection decide. Discussed and make solution method if any paint problem occurs. • Carry out salt test,dust test,profile test after block blasting finish follow PSPC require.Made coating daily coating log. • Daily inspection result imput IT system. • Made Inspection&Test plan (ITP), CTF(coating technical file,this file will be on board until ship death) submit to Owner and Class. - From January 1st 2012 to September 2nd , 2013 :QM painting assistant manager - From September 4th 2012 till now Change to Sai Gon offshore. Incharge of painting engineer. Key responsible as bellow: • Receive work instruction from manager and advise to optimize planning of the work • Coordinate with other department and prepare reasonable man hour. • Monitor work progress and prepare catch up plan as required and ensure that work follow paint specification • Prepare schedule for joint inspection paint technical officer, QC, ship Reps. • Calculate square meter and make paint consumption report to manager every week. • Investigate and record any defects occurred. Train, supervise worker the proper procedure, methods to prevent repeat occurrences. • Checking and ensure that consummable, equipment and tools needed are available for use . • Make weekly report and attend project meeting. • During work at saigon offshore,carry out some offshore project (Lewek Constellation, Deck Reel and Cradle, Turred Head, Lift Boat) and control progress . • Carry out maintenance yard facility.
