To prepare room and make sure everything is in order before guest arrival. To solve any guests’ problems and provide support to any request of guests during their accommodation. To communicate with other department to provide the best service to guests in order to fulfill guests’ satisfaction. To supervise and keep close communication with other team member, make sure they get up-to-date information about the hotel promotion. To propose action plan for hotel programs and promotions, and do report to manager. To do training for Guest Relation Officer and arrange working schedule for team member.
