Chuyên môn: - Reporting to HR Manager. - Monitoring and registering SI, HI, UI to Social Insurance for employee. - Register, management Tax code for employee, dependent relief declaration & other related process - Reporting employee quantity to Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs monthly. - Dealing with procedures, queries about Social insurance regime for employee. - Posting recruitment information on websites, seeking for candidate and recruiting PGs, PBs for company’s projects. - Arranging schedule interview and invite candidates to interview, interview candidates. - Prepare job offers and adminitration the joining of the new staff (health check, welcome…) - Preparing Labor contract. - Keeping and managing all profile, official letter, document… - Writing official letter, decision, legal procedure… - Update HR database, leave records, and organization chart; - Prepare labor contracts for all staff and have them signed in due course; - Maintain the filing of staff dossiers; - Administer overtime records, and prepare periodical sum-up as well as reports upon request; - Administer all documentation and procedures of work permit for foreign labor, and coordinate with Office Administration for foreigners’ visa/ resident card; - Provide HR administrative functions to serve the staff’s requests (e.g. issuing employment attestation, salary attestation, etc.); - Assist in celebrating staff birthdays and other staff activities upon request; - Assist in the actions and/or activities for staff care such as: annual medical check-up, visiting sick employees, bereavement consolation, etc; - Administer HR procedures; provide guidance to the staff when necessary; - Centralize data for monthly payroll reports; - Ensure that the C&B operations remain compliant with the current labor legislation; collect noticeable legal documents; advise the management on the change of relevant regulations when necessary; - Provide feedback to the management to maintain and enhance the cordial working environment; - Perform ad hoc tasks upon request. - Following up, updating and managing all company’s properties. - Purchasing office stationery, drinking water, printer’s ink, computer, camera... - Contacting with IT man to solve all problems related to IT (mailing, computer…). - Booking air ticket - Carrying out other tasks assigned by Board of Director regarding to Admin – HR.
