Make a Payroll - Be responsible for the Payroll of the whole company and do the relating tasks including: Record, update salary, bonus, allowance, and benefits of all employees monthly. Prepare pay slips for Operators and doing relating report. 3. Make a Insurance Report (SI,HI, UI) - Prepare monthly, quarterly reports on actual circumstance to report to the Social Insurance Department as regulation. - Settle social health benefits for employees who took sick leave, Maternity leave, convalescence, ect… - Update and report salary adjustment of employees in month to Social Insurance Department. - Update and report staff movement (increasing and decreasing) to Social Insurance Department. - Closing book and settling any arising relating matters to termination employees on time for unemployment insurance. - Opening insurance book for new employees who have not yet got the book. - To ensure health insurance card for all employees are available for use. - Prepare necessary documents for settling monthly social insurance payment by as the social insurance law. 4. To control all of documents to contact with foreign person (the same as: visa, labour permit,...) 5. Make a Recruit Plan 6. Monitor working environment (health and safety, fire fighting) and check suggestion box and resolve the problems from employees. 7. Other HR tasks: - Follow up termination, hand-over in collaboration with resigned employee’s dept. manager, and admin person in charge. - Prepare Decision, Termination Notice, and Termination Payment.
