Coordinates with the out-sourced suppliers for equipment fixing and maintaining to make sure they are always in good conditions for use - Responsible for calculation and payment salary and bonus for employees - Responsible for any kinds of insurance (SI, HI, Accident 24 hours) for employees - Monitor and update all regulation related to labour law, insurance and PIT for employees - Monitor the personnel file and the labour contract status of employees - In charged on any documents for expatriate like Visa, Work Permit - Monitor the implementation on company policy and collective agreement - Recruitment and monitor the status of promotion of employees. - Prepare the report on Manpower according to the company policy
