Receive recruitment request from other department and process it with team for adapt Updating records concerning the employee such as: rewards, 5S in internal email. Every week report and update record concerning all phases of the recruitment process Finding head hunt company to find a CVs for high position Responsible for completion of employment documentations (Prepare offer letter and letter of Employment for these elected candidate to sign before starting employment). Follow up daily attendance and annual leave for all employees. Every month calculated output benefit. Making and manage the labor contract, training contract of all employees, file keeping all documents, prepare formalities, labor contract and concerned documents for all employees of each department and Company, store in database. Manage insurance including: Social insurance, Health insurance, Unemployment insurance. Follow up compensation for women in factory: pregnant, employees have baby under a year… Updates employees’ personal files when have worker join in factory. Every month process payroll and PIT in system (Create new PIT code for new comer), Handle and submit dependent declaration to Tax Agency; handle all of salary and bonus calculation and disbursement. Making report every month/ every quarter about number of employees for government office for Department of labor, unemployment office. Open bank account / Making employees ID card for all new employees. Solving those problem of employees including reward and discipline.
