Compensation and Benefits - Process monthly payroll to ensure they are timely, accurate and compliant with legal regulations and company procurement. - Monthly prepare social, health and unemployment insurance. - Coordinate with hospital at Dist.9 for periodic health check. Training - Set up monthly training schedules based on training plans and informs the schedules to Trainers and Trainees - Follow up and provides assistance and supports to all training activities. - Assist Trainers in photocopying and distributing course materials to ensure that participants have enough course-related stuff. - Arrange training facilities (rooms, overhead projectors, pens, papers, etc.) - Update and monitor training records of all employees; Employee Evaluation - Be responsible for evaluation procedure (periodic and extraordinary evaluation) Human resources information system - Monitor timely update of personal records (personal detail, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, training and awards). - Documentation - Make Labor contracts, staff memos and issuing written offers of employment, promotion, etc. Legal and other works - Renew passport or process document for making visa (US visa, Korea Visa, Chinese visa, Taiwan visa, Japan visa, etc.) and do working permit for staffs or foreigners guests - Update information about the change in laws and legal regulations. - Establish and develop HR regulation, procedure to ensure the employment relation, etc. - Support building the ISO 9001:2008 system of HR Dept. - Handle booking: hotel, ticket, transportation, etc; - Organize events as Employee Conference, New Year/ Year End party, Monthly Birthday party, etc. - Support HR Manager other HR activities.
