Reporting - Getting the personnel information as well as update the weekly, monthly and yearly report for turnover rate /training rate/evaluation rate/maternity leave. - Human Resource Related report to local authority department in periodical and/or regarding to requirement. 5. Employee relation - Keep the good relating with/among HR is wide range. - Coordination with Union Organization on keeping good relation among related parties as well maintaining equal working condition for Employee.
