Chuyên môn: Recruitement: - Screen CVs, interview, test, rank, check references, and select candidates based on the job’s pre-established selection criteria and recruitment policies - Set up interview to select candidates suitable for the department - Negotiating salary with candidates who have the results - Follow up probation time of staff and inform line managers for evaluation - Responsible for employee contract - Follow up labor contract term of all employees - Develop a data bank of potential candidates C&B: - Responsible for calculation and payment salary and bonus for employees - Process bank transfers - Handle and submit all required monthly reports to Social insurance HCMC - Register SI and get HI cards for new employees every month and expired ones on a quarterly basic; new social insurance booklet for employees - SI booklet closing for resigned employees and returns HI cards to the Social insurance HCMC - Submit the claims to SI department for sick leave, maternity leave, accidents, convalescence leave and others as currently regulated by Social insurance HCMC - Clarify the queries form Social insurance HCMC and follow up on the reimbursements - Quarterly and yearly declaration, payment and reconciliation - Settle procedures for unemployment allowance employee - Monitor and update all regulation related to labor law, insurance for employees - Monitor the personnel file and the labor contract status of employees Training & Adminnitrator: - Drafting labor contracts, the forms, documents… - In charge on any documents for expatriate like Visa, Work Permit. - Prepare working tools for new staff (laptop/ desktop, entrance card, etc.) - Training for new employee (staff in store) - Merchandising: Undertake the purchasing system for company with the goal of ensuring the competitive price
