Chuyên môn: • To compose employee handbook/site handbook • To maintain and update the HR filing system of the company. •To update all HR records such as staff’s contact details, qualifications, certificates, ect. •To follow up on leave requests of all staff. •To conduct process: posting job, searching CV, screening CV, contacting candidates, sending mass email/letter to candidates for interview invitation, job refusal, etc. •To check the completeness of timesheet in on every Monday morning and input timesheet for staff on long leave . •To prepare Job Offer and provide required items to new staff: name card, Company Regulation, etc. •To input new staff’s information to the Staff Database. •To collect required documentation from confirmed staff: picture, copy of ID card, labour book, social insurance book, etc . •To prepare Labour Contract and Addendum to Labour Contract for confirmed staff . •To issue required documents and items to terminated staff: social insurance book, labour book, termination decision, etc. •To apply legal documentation for expatriate staff: visa, passport, resident permit, work permit, etc . •To liaise with the local authorities: Labour Department, Social Department, etc for legal procedures and documentation. • To report tax code and family deduction * Relate to Management office – Admin • Book air ticket and room for staff/CEO to travel for business • Some tasks relate to office such as: contact to agency to transit equipment to project contact to lease office, payment, moving office • Remind and guide receptionist on petty cash or expensive for stationary.
