Chuyên môn: 1.HR Compensation & benefit: Execute monthly payroll and bonus for employees; Be responsible for social insurance, health insurance, accident insurance, income tax and other benefits for employees according to company’s regulations. Be responsible for application and point of contact for Social Insurance Book, Labor Book and Health Insurance Cards for all staffs Compile annual personal income tax finalization for employees; Follow up labor contract term & probation period of all employees; Check attendance and control annual leave of employees; Finish legal documents of foreigners such as: work permit, visa, resident card… Participate the total compensation survey and all other related to human resources; Provide support for salary review, bonus and promotion/re-allocation, evaluation, as well as other operations/process linked to staff management and C&B; Implement the procedure of discipline, rewards, resignation, dismissal, end of labor contract, severance allowance. 2.HR Recruitment: Follow up and coordinate with recruitment channels; Review, evaluate, maintain and recommend sources of candidates; Consider personnel requirement of all departments; Make plan for recruiting yearly; Collect and screen candidates, arrange interview schedule & interview candidate; Conduct reference check and make offer letter, reports, paperwork and procedure related to recruit new staff; Follow up and update personal information of employees; Keep and file paperwork about personnel; Make recruitment, turnover and manpower report to B.O.M monthly. 3.Training: Make plan for internal and external training courses yearly; Organize training courses; Prepare training material Keep updated the training records and report. 4.Office administration management: Make budget yearly; manage and control expense as approved budget Take care of Bank’s activities and prepare logistics arrangement for all the conference customer event, staff meeting party, year-end party, charity activities and other events; Book air ticket, hotel, accommodation and visa application; Take care of uniform for employees; Manage all of Bank’s facilities, equipments and stationery; Check and manage small works and fixed assets; Manage related contracts singed as maintenance contract, leasing office contract, security service contract,…; Follow up printing form such as: all transaction forms of the Bank, name card, souvenir gift to customer; Report expense of administration & personnel Dept; Make reports relate to administration of issues.
