Project develops E-learning website teaching people about IT, design, business and soft skills via videos to improve their productivity via 60-second learning videos www.dokusyu.com. My jobs includes: • Researching for lessons design of the competitive companies, writing content in English, Japanese and Vietnamese, making and editing videos based on the transcript proofread with native-speaking narrator. • Reviewing and evaluating the implementation and adequacy of quality assurance standards of courses, find solutions to ensure finished courses quality. • Directly training for new staffs and producing training materials for in-house courses within an organization through job analysis. • Creating and implementing online marketing plan for dokusyu.com  Write articles, introductory information about courses, the media and PR on Facebook, Twitter, WordPress.  Use Google AdWords to optimize keywords, plan out site content and derive marketing strategy, ads to our company particular needs.
